Schools: getting started takes two steps

1
Register on the Edunet eShop

Create your account at shop.edunet.com.au. If you already have an eShop account, you're good to go.

2
Let us know which schools you need access to

Contact our team so we can link your account to the relevant schools. You can be linked to multiple schools under a single account, so there's no need for separate logins anymore.

Once you're set up, you'll be able to lodge repairs, track job status, and communicate with our Service team, all from the one Customer Area.

Common Questions

I'm a parent. How do I get my child's device repaired?
Go to servicejob.com.au and lodge a service job. You'll be asked for the device details, the school it belongs to, and a description of the fault. You don't need an account with us, and our Service team will be in touch to arrange the repair.
What will I need to have handy?
The device's make, model, and serial number, the name of the school, a description of the fault, and your contact details so we can keep you updated.
Why has the Service Portal changed?
After years of development, we have consolidated all school service functionality into the Edunet eShop Customer Area. This gives schools a single place for repairs, orders, and account management rather than separate systems.
I'm at a school. Do I need to create a new account?
Yes, you will need to register at shop.edunet.com.au if you don't already have an eShop account. Once registered, contact our team so we can link you to the schools you need access to.
I work across multiple schools. Do I need separate accounts?
Not anymore. One of the biggest improvements is that a single account can now be linked to multiple schools. No more juggling separate logins.
I have a bookmark or link that no longer works
Old Service Portal links will no longer work. Schools should update their bookmarks to shop.edunet.com.au. Parents and students should use servicejob.com.au.
